Sakkarakatti songs absolutely rock! I meant to buy the CD as always but couldn't wait so downloaded the songs last night on torrents(but I'll buy the CD anyway in a day or two);seems the song Taxi Taxi is the current favorite of ARR fans.Surprisingly it didn't impress me very much so I've given that particular number a break for some days.I guess it'll catch fire once I listen to it after a few days.
My current favorite is Nan epodhu pennanen,adopted from Meenaxi's Yeh Rishta Hai.Chinnama Chilakamma impresses just like it's hindi counterpart.The other numbers are typical modern-ARR numbers which are catchy and will prove to be good numbers.All in all,Sakkarakatti is another addition to A R Rahman's long list of super good albums.
